Needs more proof to be monetized?! Should i check off? Look!

ok i tried to monetize my giveaway video.. they said i eed more proof.. i have a background theme but i made that in garageband... the only thing thts not mine is the thumbnail.. will that cause it???

I found that if you put in the description that the music is created in garage band and you list it, Then they don't hit you with that. We used to have that problem.. Till we started listing it all in the description.
 
Though it could be for the music - I've had issues with images before on my videos. For example, I had an episode where I talked about DC Comics Caped Boxer Briefs, and either the stock image of the underpants pinged their system. I just took the monetization off of it but left it up.

I know Nintendo is notorious about protecting their trademarks.

How dare they ping you... Don't they know who you are?
 
Becareful when you uncheck monetise sometimes it can render the video unmonetisable. Never monetise a video unless you have some form of written permission, be it in a ToS, email or written directly for you.
