Request Need Skyrim thumbnail template

Hey everyone, I could really use some high quality templates for my upcoming Let's Play of Skyrim Special Edition!

I would like to be able to put a short title, change the background photo, and have episode number changeable. And if you could incorporate my YouTube logo into it somehow!

I can pay a small amount, (about $10), and I will give you a shoutout on my YouTube channel

Please let me know!

P.S I'd like custom fonts, so please include the font files as well as the .psd's!
