Need Help

I recently upgraded my Adobe Flash and now Youtube videos won't play :/ Usually they'll load and start playing but now they just come up with a black background and a giant play button. I tried uninstalling Flash and reinstalling. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox without losing personal data. Whenever I hit the giant play button, it says error please try again later. Any advice or anyone dealt witht his before?
