need help i use sony vegas movie studio

here is my problem when i record i have a high pitch beep so how do u turn down the hight frequency sounds
or is there an other way to fix that (currently broke so cant by a new mic )

You can remove it somewhat through Audacity, it's free to download and there are tons of tutorials on youtube.
