The video quality is good, but your titles, branding and overall strategy is poor.

1. Identify your audience.
It seems that you're making outdoor videos and "DIY" videos working on snowmobiles and bikes. So other people who also enjoy dirt biking and snowmobiles is your audience.
You keep making different types of videos. Compilation videos, review videos

2. Your titles are very bad
Your titles don't communicate the value to the viewer. For example
"He rolled the sled" change this to "Going snowmobiling with a "insert name" snowmobile"

3. Make consistent thumbnails

Your thumbnail design is all over the place. Make a consistent style of thumbnail. For your style is videos, the thumbnail showing the climax or the thrilling part of the experience is probably the best.

Here's what I want you to know
The two popular channels in your niche, one of them offers useful information for dirt bike owners/enthusiasts and the other channel offers vlog content for families including dirt bike events.
Both of them have specific channel branding to let viewers know they are a "dirt bike" channel
Both of them provide value to a dirt bike audience, to succeed in this niche you have to position yourself to either the "Fun" side of the dirt bike scene or the "enthusiast" side and provide value by understanding the dirt bike viewers.

For a dirtbike viewer, is it fun to watch your content? Ask "is the content either informative or entertaining for a dirt bike audience"

Ok so, I struggle a lot with titles. I understand your title example but when I have 15 videos snowmobiling with that snowmobile I cant use that title for every video, you know? also I am dirt bike enthusiast and your example channels are channels that I personally hate. can you explain to me what value a channel like this has? because it is more similar to what I am trying to do.
