Need a Background

Wassup guys,

So, I'm looking for someone to make me a nice looking background for my youtube channel: http://www.youtube.com/zzTIMEWELLSPENTzz

I do browser based games (will be planning to do plenty more soon) but, I was wondering if anyone could help me.

I would kinda like it to look game based on my channel when you visit, and I really like pixel art, so it would be great if it could have a 'pixel style' to the page. And I guess, If you've got the time, I'm struggling for a logo for my channel; something that could go on the background, be used as my pic on youtube and also in the YTtalk forums.

well my youtube name is zzTIMEWELLSPENTzz, so i guess something on the lines of the initials: TWS in some cool lettering. I think that would look nice

One thing though.. I would like to see one other version, with the glow behind being red, just to quickly compare the two
