It's a variety channel with no sense of direction or a clear goal, it's just random stuff seemingly uploaded on the fly.

Find a meaningful purpose for your videos and you'll have a shot at getting views and growing. If you want views and subs for the sake of having views and subs, go do something else. You're young, but as someone who wasted almost an entire decade doing things he didn't care about and enjoy, life goes too quickly to get frustrated about things you have no true interest and passion in.
