My advice for you

I have just spent a good hour reading everyones posts asking how do I get more subs etc.

I only have a couple of bit of advice but its works.

1: Do not give up, even if you only have 20 subs after a couple of months. Imagine the sheer volume of video's out there, its going to take time for your video's to filter through.

2: Do not even worry about subs, why stress about something that will eventually happen? Concentrate on quality content, decent keywords and getting that damn thumbnail looking amazing.

3: Do not be afraid to ask people for advice, pm people and ask channels to have a look over your to make sure its all looking good. The worst that can happen is they say no.....

Guys, its bloody hard, I've only been at it for two months and I am by no mean an expert. Just persevere, give your best and you will get there.

Those 3 points are exactly correct. What people don't seem to realise is how exponentially channels grow. Just keep posting vids and when subs do start "catching on" you'll all see the wonderful snow ball effect ^_^
