I have a channel where I upload songs (with permission)
I already promote them on my facebook page
But I'm looking for some other ways to promote them
Does anybody know where I can promote then (except on this forum )

You could try posting in music forum based around your genre.

I found people collaborating with people who upload similar content works well. So if you can find channels uploading similar content, you can sub-box and work on x-promotion with them.
