Movie Clips With Commentary Repeatedly Denied For Monetization

I was hoping you knowledgeable folks could help me figure out why my videos are getting denied for monetization. My channel is : youtube.com/cinalysis

Now all my research states this type of video should fall under fair use. In addition, I'm sure you've all seen channels, like CinemaSins, RedLetterMedia, and ScreenJunkies monetize this sort of video without any problems whatsoever.

The voice in the video is my own and all visual and audio content besides the movie clips was created by myself.

Any ideas why monetization is being rejected?

Is there some specific sort of proof that I've failed to send to YouTube?

Well technically the content isn't yours and you don't have the right to use it. Fair use gives you a defense if you get taken to court or some shiz it isn't a licence to post whatever you want as long as you talk over it. Youtube favours copyright holders too so you haven't got really many options to get monetization enabled. Nor a legal leg to stand on. Sorry

You don't have the rights to upload that content, therefor you will get denied for monetization unless you can provide proof that you have the rights/permission from the content owners.

If this is true, then how are the channels that I mentioned above (CinemaSins, Screen Junkies, etc...) able to monetize they're videos that are essentially using movie clips in the same manner?[DOUBLEPOST=1381279949,1381279594][/DOUBLEPOST]

Are you saying that the channels I mentioned earlier all get permission from the movie studios (Paramount, Univerasl, etc...) before posting their videos?

Maybe, but more likely they're just with a network and don't need someone to approve monetization. They're walking a fine line though and I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of their videos were claimed by third parties. Don't worry about monetization for now any way you have 30 subs most likely you'll make somewhere in the vicinity of 50p a month if you're lucky. Grow your channel for now and find a good network that is willing to take you later
