Dont look at the stats because they will discourage you and make you want to quit. I think it was 3 or 4 weeks ago we were at our lowest point in so long. I look at stats close to the end of the month just to see how much to expect in my bank. It sucked seeing a bunch of days so low but I just kept doing what I do. The first 2 days of december were my best 2 days ever. By far. I only noticed because we were getting spammed with comments. Just keep driving and grinding and it will work.

I used to have troubles with motivation as well. First, examine if you want to do this, and if you really do, then force yourself to upload and edit the first few times. What people hate is breaking routine, so once you establish a routine of posting videos, they'll come more naturally over time.
