Morning Talk show-esque series

Hey awesome people. I'm planning to do a morning talk show-esque webseries, and I'll call it Mornings with Mark. Do you have any suggestions on the segments? I want to have like a story of the day segment, birthday segment, featured youtuber segment, and etc. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks.
