Monetizing GTA & Fullscreen Arcade/ other network

Hello everyone heres My situation Im currently with RPM and I decided to kindof leave them and already requested non renewal. My problem is the reason i was leaving them is i had long issues with support and payment issues that were sometimes extremely frustrating. I was offered a way better split with Fullscreen Arcade and I was only being held back by the long 2 year lock in. Seeing their team always respond to me promptly and very quickly changed that for me because it made me decide they were up to my standards on what a network should be.

My only problem now is that I was told by my partner manager that there is absolutely no way for anyone to monetize GTA V and when i mentioned Ive seen several fullscreen partners monetizing it ( including the big ones) He stated that there is no exception to this rule and that those who are monetizing it just havent been caught.

My question is why this is the rule for fullscreen arcade? from what i saw rockstar changed their policy to specifically say letsplays and commentaries are now allowed as long as its not spoiler related or cutscene only.

If you are partnered with other networks what are their rules on GTA?

and if you are in arcade have you heard of this or was there any type of posting that has told you not to monetize GTA V?

I asked RPM and their response is that they will allow it and should any issues arise they would help me clear them.

should I continue with RPM? their split is just too ridiculous to me

what other gaming networks are there?

I know curse is amazing and i meet their view requirements easily but I dont have the sub requirement and im always short of 8,000 views so the sub requirement is always an issue.

I'm with RPM and i've uploaded 11 GTA 5 videos without any problems at all, I also uploaded them before the US release date without problem. I wasn't aware that other networks weren't allowing it. I wouldn't join RPM just to upload GTA 5, i'm leaving them when I can personally.

As long as the videos aren't prerelease footage or spoilers or ingame entertainment videos like the movies, you should be fine. Don't go to a network because they allow you the upload of 1 game.

Yeah Im already with RPM. contract ends on the 27th. maker central / dashboard i was invited to when it was in its earliest beta, presumably because when i signed up to them my channel was really hot in views and revenue.

although i never really used the dashboard to its full potential... now that i am leaving it has actually come in way more handy because accessing support through there, they responded to me fairly quickly.... I still very much dislike that it took 6 months of fighting their support team before they really looked into my payment issues and realized finance made a "mistake".

the split FS Arcade is offering me is very reasonable in my book but I am still worried about the GTA V thing because when i asked about my unpartnered channel ( that i will also contract in to Arcade if i sign) having 3rd party claims for music that was in gta v I was told No monetization allowed on any rockstar games and those doing it are just "not caught yet"

if support is what i need and im basically told i woldnt be supported for a rockstar strike then I dont know what to do.

Read the rockstar copyright guideline about their game. Any network can't protect you when Rockstar file a copyright on your channel specially you uploaded them before the US release date which is already stated on rockstar copyright guideline. They are right you're not caught yet.

Nope didnt upload anything before release day and didnt break their terms either
just an automatically generated notice for a tupac track that played on the radio even though i had the radio volume low.

so then what im being told by everyone and what im being told by my partner manager is true.

everyone doing it is just doing it kinda cuz they can and rockstar is just being lenient... looks like whatever network i go to i just need to be as careful as i can with it for example turn off radio music, and show nothing that falls under spoilers, keep it commentary, and i might be fine.
