1 - even though the possibilities are slim, it is still possible.
2 - They will most likely issue a copyright claim. If you get a copyright strike you may get your channel closed (if you get too many)
3 - yes, they pay attention
4 - yes, there has been youtubers sued before.
5 - They will most likey try to contact you before pressing charges.
6 - I don't know,



Just don't upload content you don't own so you don't have to deal with this.

I think it's the same person also.
Basically the answer has been given you can't use www footage and monitize it and no you can't gamble your way through it hoping they won't find you.
 
I have a question, will you get sued if you use a shortlink in the description? like i have seen people use adf.ly links or other third party short link services for revenue. is this allowed? its not like they are using adsense to monetize, im wondering. * ive seen this on some music channels, is this allowed??
