i have seen many youtubers monetizing videos without having copyrights or permissions.what happens if they get caught

Video gets removed, channel may get removed and they may get sueded by whoever owns the video/song.

i have seen many people monetizing videos without having copyrights.i know that there are few chances that they might get sued.the real things that i want to know are

1 possibility of getting caught
2 what happens after i get caught copyright strike or adsense blocked or worse
3 did they really pay attention to other people monetizing their videos on youtube especially wwe
4 i think any youtuber has not being sued ever so then people keep on saying u can be sued
5 whether a email will be sent to stop or directly i will be sued
6 i am from india will it affect anything

People don't need to intruduce themselves. I actually find it quite rude when people force others to introduce themselves.
You can get to know them as they continue to post on the forum.
