Monetization in Slovenia

Hey guys,

I`m from Slovenia where monetization is not available.
I can`t imagine that as big as youtube (google) is, the monetization is available in only 20 countries.
But...in one forum from Apr 14 2013 I have read that Greece is new in this monetization thing and Turkey wasn`t, and now it is.
So, how fast is this growing?
When can I expect it in Slovenia? Will it ever reach us?

If not....I don`t get any chance to make some money from youtube?

Thanks for help, Tina

I think that's by YouTube's partnership. Try other networks like Fullscreen, RPM, etc.

It is really an issue with the business laws of each country. if it was up to YouTube everyone would be allowed because then they would make more money.

They plan to continue to roll out the program to many more countries as time goes on so you should get it but the wait will be a while.

And what about this...
Users in some countries may still have to apply for the YouTube Partner Program via an application, in which case the message "This feature is currently not available in your country" will appear.

Does that mean that I still have a chance for monetizing my videos, but I will have to send application form?
