Monetisation

Is it a good or bad to monetize your videos at a early stage of your YouTube career?
I mean, since they are so many ads out there in every video. I'm pretty sure people should be use to it. Right?!

I monetised pretty much straight away, not to make mone right away but so my viewers were used to it. It's better to just do it now and get it out of the way,, that way everyone knows where you stand. I also announced I was going to be doing it and the reasons why.
