Monentization error?

i'm trying to monentize my account but everytime i click enable my account in the channel setting it keeps saying "signup error, please try again" anyone knows what wrong or how i can fix it?

Damn, it's been forever since I've hooked up my adsense, over 6 months. You might want to look up the adsense help forums on google. They might be able to help you!
