MISSING PAYMENTS FROM RPM

It surpassed the threshold right away. They replied to me saying there was some error on their end but then I never got the payment for July or June. I need help :/
 
I had a similar issue when I first signed with RPM. However, if its over the threshold they should easily be able to cut you a check mid period. They did for me.

If its a significant amount of cash calmly continue to press and request a direct deposit or paypal transfer.

That being said complaining here is not going to do you much good support wise.

No, support at RPM will be the only one that can assist with this. File a ticket if one has already been filed then wait for a reply. Posting here or on maker central probably wont get much assistance as you need a staff member in the payroll dept to assist not a forum mod.

RPM has multiple support team members on here as well. @RPM Jess and @RPM Moosh may be able to help :)
 
If RPM really aren't working for you then ask to leave (Not sure how to because I don't partner with RPM) but it seems the best bet. Just monetize on your own, You get most of the perks anyway.

What is the threshold you signed up for? $100 after a year? or $50 a month or something? If you're not sure about it, you might wanna double-check. Maybe that's the reason why you're not getting paid? :)

For some odd reason I didn't get them, and after messaging support 50 times, I got a reply. They apologized for some mistake in the accounting ans said I was going to get my June payment along with July.

Surely enough I waited until the day and I didn't get either of my payments. I replied to the RPM lady I spoke to and she said I would get it NEXT month. I mean that is just absurd, pure BS that I have to wait another month for already OVERDUE June and July payments.

If anyone from RPM can please help me get my revenue that would be MUCH appreciated. Thanks guys.

What's the name of the channel that is missing payments? Let me know and I can see what's going on.

Also, I'd like to reiterate what @ConnersCraft said, which is to please only open 1 support ticket at a time. When you open multiple tickets it causes a lot of clutter and confusion which ultimately means it takes us longer to help both you and other partners.

All channels were under the name. Nikola Paradina.
