microphone problem

we recorded 6 hours of footage and the 2nd mic sounds alot different than the first problem but on our audio interface they are the same level is there a way to problem shoot it to see if its because its broken or is there a way to fix this problem post recording

same location we have 2 at2020s and an audio interface and the knobs are all in same locations for gain and what not

When you were recording, did you have both microphones at the same distance from each other? Either way, since you mentioned that you are using audiobox, does that mean that you are using presonus recording software? If so, you may have to just add compression to the quieter track.
