I don't know if Audacity can do that. You could lower the pitch but it won't give it that properly aged sound of a raspy old man.

I searched around google a bit but from what I can tell there is no real filter you could use in Audacity to do this. Lowering the pitch like Frankie said is just about the only thing you could try. It seems that having an old man voice is more of a voice acting talent than a post production filter. If worst came to worst you could always just do your best voice acting job, and then try adjusting the pitch in post!

It cannot be done in post processing. Search YouTube for old man voice and do your best to emulate them. It will likely involve some tightening of the cheek muscles, making the mouth more rigid.

Audio editors aren't magic, they only adjust what is already there so if you lack the inflection and basic tonality of the voice you're after, it doesn't matter how many effects you add.
