Lately I've been talking to an investor and he agreed to invest in Youtube business . just wonder if anybody know how companies or someone can apply for being a Youtube network . we are now looking to create a youtube network and any help is appreciated .

The answer your looking for changes drastically depending your size, market, goals, demographics and so on. Without significantly more information, I doubt anyone will be able to offer anything more than to tell you to join AdSense and hope for the best.
