You used somebody's video without their permission and now you're facing the price for it. Just accept the strike, and move on. Appealing it will only make it worse.
as long as you are using copyrighted content, not encouraging you in dispute. please remember video compilation, music remix are all in risk of getting copyright strike, unless you have strong supporting documents
