Looking to get lights

I dont want to spend alot of money because it is just my room But what is the best lighting to get if I am going to just record one video a week on face cam

I have one of those multi-directional lamps that has like 7 light bulbs on it. You can find these at Home Depot in the lighting department. Replace the light bulbs with day bright LEDs. I also heard that "Collapsible Light Reflectors" which are great for changing lighting from bright to warm light. Great for "face cams"
