Just download Audacity (free audio editor) and there change the pitch/tempo with pitch.

I've used a software called Voxal Voice Changer, changes your voice while recording / streaming so you don't have to do any post editing. However the software isn't free, I use to use it while I streamed on Twitch but don't ever since I switched to YouTube.
