Request Looking for a Video Overlay

Hello everyone! I'm looking to get a overlay for my videos to make it look the videos look more professional. I'm looking for something to get the point across with my YouTube channel and twitter on it with my channel name. I don't need anything too complex. I'd like something for free, if possible! I may pay, but since its not a very complicated thing, I was thinking someone may want to take one for the team and do a favor I would do it myself, but I just can't get my thoughts down in a creative enough way to please myself xD If anyone's interested please let me know!
