Live Streams or Edited Gameplay

I have recently started live streaming a lot and have gotton more traffic to my channel but can be longer videos resulting in less people wanting to watch the upload after the stream. What is your opinion on weighing the pros and cons, I would love to hear your opinion.

Well part of the lure of live streaming is the live interaction with the streamer, otherwise it's just a long video. If you want to draw more traffic to your streams upload live stream highlights and start streaming on a schedule if you aren't already so that people who enjoy the highlights know when they can experience full streams.
