I like the "broken" division in the center, but the fonts are a little too small and squiggly for me to read on youtube, they need to be larger and clearer. Other than that your Thumbnail actually looks ok.

Its monochrome, basically, so while it looks quite good, a little color might go a long way. look up a video on color theory, that left me very inspired when i did. And, yeah, careful with the fonts.

I like how it is divided in the two parts. A suggestion would be, what if you made the two parts contrast each other more? Like a darker and lighter part, or different striking colours? That might make the division pop out a bit more. I would alo make the fonts a bit bigger. It is fine when you open the picture, but when it is small it's a little bit harder to read. But other than that, I think it's really nice!
