How do they still have channels using so many other peoples videos?

LeafyIsHere acctually uses content from a racist nazi girl, that got her channel banned in the first place. How? The content is why she got banned.

Pewdiepie screencaptures his computer screen while watching other youtubers content for reaction videos? How?

I know about Fair Use, but smaller youtubers are not able to pull this off. Why?

Most of the time they just ask if they can use it. Simple as that. If it's a "hate" video then I guess you could say that people don't copyright strike them simply because of backlash. (if someone is hating on you then you shouldn't stop him/her with stuff like copyright strikes. It'll only make things worse and make you look bad) And again I guess that "copyright" and "fair use" rules are a bit more loose among youtube users (tho there obviously are people that abuse it or use it properly but they risk a backlash). The biggest abusers of the system are companies and some networks that try to "protect" their partners. (mainly cuz of money)
