I've Got It
Currently I'm making videos, but using NOrwegian titles, should I use English titles instead? Because I basicly don't talk in my videos
 
I'd use a double title personally, something like "<title in english> | <title in norwegian>", and of course subtitle the stuff you say for the other language as well.
 
I'd say maybe try some of your titles in English and see how it goes!

I'm kind of just assuming this but I feel there's more English speakers/readers out there, so maybe give it a shot! :up2:
 
No dialogue? Definitely put an english title.
There's a translation tab in the upload interface. Just tab over and add the multilingual titles. YouTube will make sure it gets served to the right people.
