I dont believe thee is a cap. I have around 20 playlist on my channel and I could probably add more.
Its also a good idea to create playlists that mix both your content and conent from other channels also.
I've heard this a few times. Just like the "dislikes count as engagement, so are actually a good thing", is there any proof to these sentiments that get passed around?
