Wrong. Not even close. Any use of copyrighted material at all, outside of having permission or fair use, is illegal and can result in copyright strikes.

You do practice ASMR so I am not sure if you can use other people's "work" as fair used content...

why not ask the creators

This option have many benefits.
A. you get to know others, you might also make a collaboration.
B. They made you clear who lets you use his content and who not.
C. those who will answer yes, might comment or share your video.
D You will got a ...shoutout on an ASMR video...!? hahahahahahahahahah!
