I didn't watch much of it but the beginning was a bit boring - maybe try showing a funny part in the beginning next time possibly to get people more reeled in. Asking people to like and subscribe in the first 20 secs is a no-no as well...asking people to like/subscribe when your video just started doesn't make any sense. It's like going into the movie and saying that movie was great after watching the first minute.
