Is There A Way To Change Your Original YouTube Username?

Hello,
I was wondering if there is a way to change your YouTube username. I know that you can change your name on google+ and it changes your display name but I want to change my actually username. (See attachment)

You cannot change the /user/ usernames, but it is possible to set up an additional /c/ username if you have at least the minimum number of subscribers needed (I think it is 100). Apparently you can now change /c/ usernames multiple times, according to this recent thread:

Yeah, I did change mine a couple of times and even made a video on it and you don't need to have any number of subs or view to do that.

I wish, my original username is so embarrassing but it can't be changed only my custom URL
