Hey, I found this YT network called "Reflict Network" (reflictnetwork.com) but it looks pretty unknown so have any of you heard of it? Its offering a 70-30 revenue split.

i am partnered with Reflict over 2 months and now my revenue share is 90/10. 70% is only for beginning
also when i join in Reflict my revenue was 0.90$(per 1000 view) and now my revenue is 3$ per 1000 views, i think this is pretty awesome

Yes. Be a big YouTube channel and negotiate. Some will offer 100% + additional revenue from sales team.
Or you could join Ad Sense directly and earn 100%.
