Is my channel growth slow?

First of all your thumbnails are awesome, definitely put mine to shame. Secondly 300+ subs in 5 months is pretty good. I'm at 7 months and only have 360. Your view to sub ratio is a bit low I think (I have 20k views, 360 subs) but I think it's just because of the nature of your channel being more about reviews. Overall I think you're doing a good job
 
i wanna give a big advice, that noone little youtuber know or dont do that, ur latest videos are not dead also if they reach 10milions views, they are more alive then others, just go check them tags with tube buddy and change the usless tags with new tags, trust u will get more views
