Is it worth creating a new channel?

I think I would start a new channel in your case.. But try to use the channel you allready got to brand your new channel.. Upload some videos about your new channel and try to get as many subscribers as possible to join your new channel Best of luck with it

Starting again would be a lot of work. I'd say just re brand it, especially if you are not going to go back and do minecraft again it would seem like a bit of a waste to leave the channel there with 600 subs.
