...except when the company that owns the footage, or sound/music, has stated that they do not allow the usage of their material for financial gain. This will get your video taken down pretty quick, and you will probably receive a strike on your channel.

Usually these companies state it on their website, or in the place the content is shown. If you can't find it, look for some way to contact them, explain briefly what it is you intend to do with the footage, then pray...
