Is $0.60 RPM normal?

Hello,
I'm a new Youtuber partnered with VISO BBTV (1 year contract) and I received my first revenue report :

Total Views 1,700,000
Monetized Views 900,000
RPM $X.XX

The recruiter told me that the RPM average was between $1-$5... I'm far from it. I was earning twice with Ad Sense...
Since I have no experience, can you tell me if it's low or high? What should I do ?

Srsly? In that monetized views, you could be getting almost a thousand.o.o and please delete that pic. It's against the contract to show the earnings.
 
I don't know what to say, I'm with FullScreen and got like 40$ for 48k views. Only used the banner ads.
 
Interesting. I'm not even sure what my RPM is.. I should check that XD I do know I get 60% ad revenue from the ads I show though. Over like 7 months that's made me a whopping $11

How do you check the RPM?
 
Yayy another channel who is being ripped off by a network, seriously? 0.6$?

Btw your RPM is your CPM minus the Youtube and network cut.

Well, I don't know honestly, but if I get like 40$ (after the network split) for 48k views, that means 40 divided by 48 =0,83. I think it's a bit low but I'm more concerned about growing my channel now.
 
So I'm getting ripped off?
By the way, VISO seems to calculate RPM from only monetized views, which is half of the total views. However, all my videos are enabled for monetization. This would mean that I lose about 50% of revenue because of AdBlock and skipped ads?
