Image and live screen copyright questions

Hi all, I just had a few questions regarding copyright. Basically I make MMA/UFC preview videos and what I wanted to do was use images on the UFC website comparing the fighters and then discuss them. What i'd actually be doing is clicking through the website as the video and talking over it with a live screen capture type thing. Now would this be allowed ?

Then also what is the policy of me using images from fights or peoples sort of advertisement pictures ?

Any clarification would be great !

None of what you want to do would be allowed unless you go to the copyright owners and get permission.
