Hello other YouTubers i am new to the world of YouTube and would like to ask your advice on how to grow my first 100 subscribers, i have already made 1 video and have no views as of yet.thank you for taking your time to read this post an i will appreciate any advice that comes my way

A working lnk to your channel may help too from here, lol, but no in all seriousness, it's gonna take time. Do not expect things to come easy or quick, that is not how audience growth is created anywhere, especially Youtube.

just fixed the error with the link to my channel the link should now work

First of all, Welcome to the forums! I hope you will enjoy it here!
Second, have the mindset that success won´t come right away, keep on making videos, focus on the tags and title!
You can tell us more about you and your channel as well, what kind of channel do you have? Where are you from? How old are you? What made you go into youtube, what do you do besides youtube?

my channel is going to be a gaming channel, i already have 1 video up of me doing badly a fortnite , i live in a small town in England and i am 18 years old. i used to stream a little bit on twitch averaging on about 1-8 views per stream and then i thought i might try and make YouTube videos and when you have a dream you should just bite the bullet and do it otherwise i would just keep saying ill do it tomorrow or next week. when I'm not doing YouTube i think of video ideas and write them down i also play video games to make my skills better and go socialise with friends as much as possible i am also an apprentice plumber 2nd in my class hoping to graduate this year and get my level 3 diploma

yes it can definitely take time. I know for some people they reached 100 subscribers quicker than me but it took me 3 and a half months to reach my first 100 subs! They say to keep posting consistently and you will see growth on your channel Good luck!
