Okay, so one of those things you should probably be worrying about, and that is that you don't know where to start. Don't start your channel with no idea what you want to do. Try the best you can to research, plan, and of course consider what you enjoy doing. I know it's hard to be unique, but there can be uniqueness in things other than the content itself. Your personality can be unique (and is, as everyone's is), your format can be unique, etc. So make a plan, decide what you want to do, and do it. Youtube is more about the Youtuber than it is about the content. It's people's personalities, in large part, that cause them to become successful. Good luck.

Never too late to start; look at the music and film industries.

You'll start off as a newbie and pick up things over time. That's the nature of being a YouTuber.

So I think I'm ready start! Because I've realised:
1. Gaming channel all the way!
2. Who cares how old I am ! there are people who are well younger than me doing this.
3. It's almost impossible to not make a joke another youtuber has not.
4. If every channel did something new there would only be like 3 or 4!
