I'm finally leaving RPM!

I have only been with RPM for a short time and I can say I have made more in a week then I did for the whole month of January on Adsense. So to me that is a win! They have been very responsive to me and my questions, I signed up and had access to the portal, contract confirmed and seeing data by day 4. Could not ask for a better response. My 000.00003 cents =)

An analogy just popped into my head. Look at eBay. I refuse to use it because I've lost more money on there than I've made (people not paying, people not sending me items, paying too much postage, paying ridiculous fees), but one of my good friend buys everything she owns right down to her clothes on there, and loves it, never had a problem.

The moral? Sh*t happens.

I'm stuck on the CMS step and I kind of feel like I'm getting scammed. All of my videos randomly started getting claimed with a crap ton of ads in them, even though I don't have access to the RPM dashboard or the CMS.
Sent their support an email 3 days ago, nothing. I sent them an email today giving them the 30 days notice termination in hopes that they'll release me from their partnership thing.

So yeah... first experience with RPMNetworks, not a good one so far, pretty bad...

You can only terminate your contract 30 days within the date its set to end (always at least 1 year).
 
AndreiD, you do realize that it takes a little bit to get you Dashboard access with ANY Network right? Especially loading you into the CMS.
And the "Claiming" you're seeing is an automated feature for all the videos you Monetized PRIOR to Partnership.

I'm not even taking in account of all the additional Channels that RPM Partnered a couple of weeks ago.
It's not an INSTANT CMS/Dashboard Transition, also, if you read the Welcome Packet, it tells you how to get access to there Dashboard.
 
Welp, I guess I didn't read the contract properly at first.
But they have not respected any of the "what we do for you" parts of the contract, so it is a breach of contract.
Also, from what I'm reading in their contract, at the Terminating this Agreement part, seems that if they don't fix their material breach in 15 days, the contract can be terminated.
I didn't get any payment info or anything anyway, feels really shady.

I completely understand that, but I'm stuck at the CMS process for 10 days now, and the whole adding me to the RPMNetworks part went pretty fast (2-3 days?), it just feels really crappy, like they did alright at first, and now that I'm hooked in, well, tough luck for me.
I got videos claimed that were NOT monetized before the partnership, which is what I mean by shady/scammy in my previous message.

I didn't get a Welcome Packet, I didn't get anything yet.
 
If you've gotten the following email then they are currently adding you to the CMS:

Welcome to The RPM Network!

Please read the following information carefully as it provides
important details regarding your partnership.

Some time in the next few days you will receive an email from
cms@makerstudios.com which will state whether you have been accepted
or denied partnership.

If you are accepted, you will need to click the invitation link
provided in the email. Upon doing so, all of your partner benefits
will become immediately available. Your will then be claimed within 24
hours of acceptance.

If your channel is denied partnership - which we hope won't happen -
you will receive an email with the appropriate course of action. It is
vital that you read the email carefully and follow the instructions

information after you have been integrated into the network. Please do

I’ve sent you an invitation to the RPM Network. You’ll find it sent to the email address associated with your YouTube account. Look for an email from noreply@youtube.com and click the link contained within. If you have successfully accepted the invitation you should see "RPMNetworks" in your YouTube account status (found in YouTube Dashboard > Channel Settings).

How long did it take your friend to get through all of the steps?
 
Well I'll add my two cents. Before joining RPM, I had roughly 2 to 3 thousands subs and very little exposure. Ive been with them for a few months now and I have over 10k subs. I did all the work yes, but I'd like to believe they helped a little. Either way ive had minimal problems and although I think the split is steep, I like rpm.
 
How long did the process take for you? (Getting access to the CMS & Dashboard thing and receiving their emails)
