It looks great! I would try to make the text a bit bigger and put a black outline around the text to make it stand out more.

For the image - I prefer the one without the flames.
But I'd still recommend making the text bigger and adding a black outline to it. - Remember where thumbnails are actually seen. - They're usually in the right hand sidebar in the suggested videos list. The text needs to be big and bold if you're going to use it.
