Well it depends on multiple things really.

a) You get paid per views, not subscribers. So even though they have 20 subscribers, they could still be getting a lot of views.
b) You get paid from monetized views. They may get a lot of monetized views.
c) CPM varies on the ad, where the views are coming from, if they are clicked on, etc.
d) They are simply lying to make them feel better.

Also I agree with @Fibula. Your videos do look botted. Where are the views coming from? 8-10k+ views with only 4 ratings is a sure sign they aren't real views. Your ratings and comments should be a lot more. For example, I get 200-300 views on my videos, and I average 25-30 ratings, and about 20 comments (Not counting mine). It also looks like your subs are being botted as well. There are days you are gaining way more subs than your view count for the day. (For example, on 9-13 you gained 55 subscribers, but only got 5 views that day).

How on earth is spamming them meant to help :/ all new partners will have their analytics enabled within a few weeks of joining, spamming them will do no more than just one support ticket will, if anything it will just p**s them off.

I see people with as little as 20 subscribers saying they made 100$ on adsense and I make about 27 cents with RPM i have a 60/40 split so thats still only like 50 cents any help!?!?

Money comes down to views not subbed but "say they made", I could say I'm a billionaire, it doesn't make it true

If I was in your shoes, I would start over. You only have 12 uploads, it would be very easy to start fresh. Sure, you'll loose your almost 1k subs, and 25k views, but it doesn't seem like very many of them are active, or even real. Judging by your ratings/comments, you probably have 20-30 active subscribers, and less than interact with your channel. It is possible someone else botted you (It happened to me, totaled like 49k fake views or something like that) but it's quite clear that they aren't real views. If you've only made 27 cents from 25k views, almost all of your views weren't monetized, and botted views don't show ads, therefor you don't make money from them.

Of course this it's up to you whether to start over or not, but i'd personally rather have stats that look realistic rather than stats that look like they could of possibly been botted.

You also need to realize that I have been monetized for almost 2 years, and this is my first payment. It will probably be 6 months to a year before I get another payment.

No not at all, just wanted to give you my time frame. Each month, especially in the summer my views keep growing so I am hoping maybe every 6 months instead of 2 years now (crossing fingers). I would put up videos anyway so anything I do get is just mad money to spend on something I normally wouldn't.
