i cant load some video due to this error i guess

can any1 know why in this video it always show 0:01 before it shows the real time (2 images here are in the same video as u can see: the same title)[DOUBLEPOST=1522376326,1522376188][/DOUBLEPOST]before.PNG after.PNG
