I can't change Distribution options in live transmission

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with change Distribution options and Syndication on my YouTube channel. I connected my channel with AdSense one week ego. I dont't have option manage permission when I click on YouTube settings too. I'm channel owner. Do you have any idea what happened ?
