How to upload video to Game Capture HD?

Hi

So I have cleared my recent videos from the list, and also moved the videos to my desktop.

How to I open then with Game Capture HD again to edit?

Surely it must be possible

Click on the gear in the upper right corner. Where it says "Library Location", go to that folder and drop your videos in there. Restart the program and see if they appear.

Hmm, no doesnt appear to work.
Also, how can I edit a video but also retain a copy of the orginal?
