Did you know you can choose the default settings for your YouTube uploads? This way when uploading a new video, it will have all the default settings that you previously set. These settings then can be changed through the actual upload screen to make it unique to your video.
The first thing you will want to do is to go into your "creator studio" which can be accessed by clicking on your profile image in the top right, and then clicking the actual "creator studio" button that will be included in the drop down.
Once inside the creator studio, click on the "channel" drop down menu on the left side of the screen. Under the drop down you will a number of different features and along those will be the "upload defaults" button. By clicking this you can set all your upload defaults.
Keep in mind that setting these upload defaults are only for the videos that you upload in your web browser and not for videos that you may upload on other platforms such as the mobile version of YouTube on your smart phone.
