How to place a playlist on top of the video title on YouTube?

This video and others I've seen managed to place the title of the playlist on top of the video, the most similar thing I've achieved is with a hashtag in the description, which makes the hashtag appear above the title, but the playlist?
Does anyone know how to do it?

That's something called a "Show" - Notice how there is a season number and an episode number. "Shows" are an old feature on YouTube that was reserved to large channels with approval by YT. I'm pretty sure shows are now discontinued but channels who already have them can continue them. You won't be able to get them now.
